Discord Webhook Setup

How to create and configure a Discord webhook for macro notifications.

Steps

  1. Open Discord and go to the server and channel where you want notifications you need the Manage Webhooks permission
  2. Click the gear icon next to the channel name to open Channel Settings
  3. In the left sidebar, click Integrations, then click Webhooks
  4. Click New Webhook, give it a name (e.g. moris Macro) and optionally set a profile picture
  5. Click Copy Webhook URL the URL is now in your clipboard
  6. Open the macro settings panel and paste the URL into the Webhook URL field, then save

Notes

  • Keep your webhook URL private anyone with it can send messages to that channel
